ESS was set up in 2015 as a new type consultancy with a focus on higher level administrative support for Universities, Free Schools, Local Authority Schools, Academies and Colleges in Greater London and the surrounding area.   The service aims to bridge the gap between calling in costly ‘big-name’ consultancies /agencies, or seeking out overburdened in-house staff, when a Senior HR Officer or Senior Administrator service is essentially what is needed.

ESS is happy to provide ‘one – off’ senior administrative support and can assist with  Departmental Reviews and Report writing,  Clerking Governors’ meetings, minuting SMT/SL meetings, supporting LA monthly returns, the annual Staff Census or HR / Heads or Business Managers at  peak periods.  Last minute exam invigilator/admin, support services.

We are also looking to look to forge lasting relationships with a select number of educational institutions who may require regular or intermittent, assistance.
