Education Support Services (ESS) was set up by Judith Lear in 2015.  Judith is based in North London and has been successfully providing administrative and HR support services to educational institutions for over 20 years, having spent 15 years as a PA to university Deans and seven years  in the compulsory education sector supporting School Business Managers and Headteachers.   She is an Associate Member of the CIPD, holds a BA Hons in Linguistics,  a Royal Society of the Arts Higher Diploma in Administrative Procedures and is a qualified  tutor.  Judith lives in North London with her two cats and in her free time enjoys volunteering with conservation groups, walking, gardening and  creative knitting projects.
