The service:

Following the initial fee-free consultation and ‘get to know each other’ session, a Fee and Schedule of Service is agreed.  A one to three day on-site visit is normally needed in order to assess  what exactly is needed to achieve the desired outcome.

During short contracts an update will be provided daily if required and following the visit a one-page summary report will be provided, stating the what has been achieved and outlining  any further work that may be needed.

The visit itself  typically might consist of a short advisory session, overseeing a recruitment round, undertaking an HR Review,  checking staff files for GDPR compliance and or updating the Single Central Record. Producing / updating Staff Contracts / Variations and minuting sensitive meetings.
